Data Center & Help Desk Specialists
It takes a well-rounded and talented group to support an industry leader
like B/E. Our Data Center and
Help Desk Specialists are responsible for providing technical support to personal computer
and PC network users by troubleshooting non-complex hardware and/or software problems,
in addition to basic training on hardware and/or software applications.
IS Applications Analysts/Specialists
Experts in anticipating challenges and creating solutions, our
IS Application Analysts/Specialists are accountable for systems process analysis and
design with a focus on quality improvement, data management, process improvement and/or
re-engineering. These positions are a link between the IS
group and a functional business unit, i.e. Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales/Marketing,
Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain.
System & Network Administrators
Keeping the company connected, our System and Network Administrators support,
maintain, develop and troubleshoot the network infrastructure and related components within our
manufacturing environment.

B/E presented an opportunity for me to apply my education and skills to an
area that I’m passionate about, and I jumped on it. I know that I made a smart decision
to join them. I communicate frequently with B/E employees around the world, virtually and
in-person, and I’m amazed by how friendly everyone is. And
how productive everyone is. The proudest moment I can recall since joining B/E was being
asked to be a member of a team that needed to resolve a large production outage in a short
amount of time. Our associates are intelligent and we can solve any problem when we work
together. We were able to cover
the outage quickly and efficiently. I was very proud to be part of that group of skilled
and dedicated people.

The Information Systems (IS) department also has a good mentoring program, which allows us to
train people in many facets
of design and development. In fact, every year we are given a budget that we can
use for ongoing training and education, including certifications. This type of investment
reinforces the company’s commitment to
our growth.
It is also a great place to work because of the people. Our workforce reflects a very diverse sector of people, and we all learn from each other. Everyone has a common objective to meet the customer’s needs. In the end, it still feels like one big family. B/E offers you the chance to be the best you can be.
