Program Management Careers at B/E

just as much responsibility. Our Program Management professionals are challenged each day
with keeping our business on track, as we continue to provide the products that make air
travel possible.

Program Administrator
The ultimate multi-taskers, our Program Administrators are responsible
for coordinating and administering
the program activities along with monitoring conformance to work plans for the manufacturing
of aircraft interior products.
Contract Administrator
Dedicated and resourceful, our Contract Administrators plan and implement
activities that support the sales/marketing functions. This includes writing sales proposals
and the administration of contracts. They
also recommend actions, schedules and plan projects, as well as gather costs and associated
information while managing activities.
Program Manager
With their ability to remain focused on the end-result, our Program
Managers coordinate and oversee the activities of product line/programs involving department
or cross-functional teams. They also focus on delivery within prescribed time fames and funding
parameters, while monitoring the product line/program from initiation through final delivery
to customers.

I used to own my own business in the manufacturing/distribution industry
in Tennessee, when a colleague moved to Seattle for a position with B/E. When he told me about
his opportunities, I became interested in joining them myself. In joining the team, I discovered
that B/E empowers all of its employees with plenty
of resources, has a culture with a strong sense of camaraderie. More importantly, B/E lets
you take
initiatives and risks but supports you all the way. All of the people here are
self-starters – the kind of individuals that pull teams together and get things done.
